Do you know of an exceptional person who motivates or benefits others?

Perhaps you or someone you know has an exceptional level of commitment to our community, their families, the environment, healthcare and wellness, life sciences, or a non-profit or service association.

Or possibly you personally know one of our local dedicated fire fighters, law enforcement officers, or county service personnel that has made an impact on the overall well being of our community.

As San Diego's new healthy living resource, BELLISSIMA MAGAZINE is looking for these exceptional men and women in San Diego to profile in upcoming feature articles.

Your nominations can include anyone residing in San Diego County who has an exceptional story to tell.

They can be neighbors, teachers, business owners, or any individual who has attained a high level of achievement among their peers, and motivates or benefits others. They should be an individual who has made great strides in their lives, particularly for the betterment and wellness of those around them or for our community in general.

Nominations are to include the following information:

Your name, phone number and email address
Nominee's name, phone number, city, and email address
50-250 word description of why your nominee should be featured as a Bellissima Magazine Exceptional Man or Woman
Photo of nominee (optional)

For consideration, all nominees must be available for an interview and/or photo shoot between March 5th and March 31st (female nominees), and thru April 20th (male nominees).

Finalists will be featured in upcoming articles in Bellissima Magazine, and will receive a Certificate of Recognition and other incentives.
